Friday Focus: Joe Biden tries to prove himself and Canada falls short in NATO

Is he passing the test? And in a struggle between the leaders of the Democratic party and the President’s aides, who will win? In the second half of the podcast, Janice and Rudyard discuss NATO and why Canada is facing scrutiny from other NATO members over funding commitments. Janice makes the case that Canada should increase spending in the Arctic and fend off Russian expansion in the territory.
