Monica Harris is a TEDx speaker, blogger, and author of The Illusion of Division. She is also Executive Director of the Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism (FAIR), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to bridging the ideological divide in America by focusing on our shared values and interests.

Earlier in her life, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. She spent more than a decade as a business and legal affairs executive at Walt Disney Television, NBCUniversal Media, and Viacom Media Networks.
